She will be working on her ongoing project &#8222;LEMONISM x ACTIONISM&#8220;. Following the principle &#8222;LEMONISM\r\nx the ISM&#8220;. Takeya puts various &#8222;Kunstisms&#8220; &#8211; &#8222;isms&#8220; of different artistic\r\nmovements &#8211; under a performative investigation by adapting, paraphrasing,\r\ndeconstructing and confronting them with her very unique concept of &#8222;LEMONISM&#8220;.\r\nThe lemon becomes a metaphor and a vessel for transformation itself.\r\n<br class=\"\u201cclear\u201d\" \/><br class=\"\u201cclear\u201d\" \/>\r\nAfter the kick-off of the series with the performance &#8222;LEMONISM x ACTIONISM&#8220; at\r\nImPulsTanz festival 2015 and at ORF Long Night of the Museums, Akemi Takeya\r\ncontinues to research at nadaLokal on forms of expression of the several &#8222;isms&#8220;\r\nconnected to art. The residency will intensify her investigation into dadaism,\r\nminimalism, surrealism and constructivism.
